Come watch curling on TSN in High Definition!!

The curling club will be open for you viewing pleasure during the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Tim Horton's Brier, Women's World Championships, and Men's World Championships. For games after 11:00am, a bartender will be on staff to serve up your desired beverage. What could be nicer than curling up on a leather couch in front of the fire place to watch a bit of our favourite sport?! Come check it out. Congrats to Bob Walker and his team who won the Metcalfe Golf and Country Clulb  event at the OVCA Mixed Bonspiel.

Team Little won the Bantam Boys Zone 3 B-side final in Pembroke on Sunday, January 10th in a very exciting come from behind victory.  They took two points in the 8th end to tie and then stole the extra end to win. They only marginally lost the A-side final and, in fact, controlled that game until the 7th end.  They had to play the B-side final immediately following the A-side loss, making the win even more rewarding.  They advance to the regional’s this weekend in Hawkesbury.
