In addition to the above, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Spring Registration Due Date: All returning curlers, with the exception of youth curlers in Little Rock, Bantam and Junior activities, must register on or before May 31, 2025. A $50 late fee will be applied after May 31, 2025, All fees, including locker fees, must be paid in full by September 15, 2025
- Teams playing in fixed-team leagues are required to be registered by April 30, 2025 in accordance with the Team Registration Policy
- Fall Registration Due Date: All curlers must submit their registration and pay their fees no later than September 15th .
- Members will not be allowed to curl until they have paid their fees in full.
- Members whose fees have not been paid in full by September 15th will be charged an additional $50 Late Fee.
- NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 charge to the member.
- No refunds will be granted after November 1st, 2025
- Medical claims for fee reimbursement will be considered until February 15, 2026. Forms are available from the manager.
- It is the responsibility of the members to provide proper playing equipment.
- Social members are those not actively engaged in curling. The initiation fee still applies to social members.
- Youth members are under 21 years of age. Curlers under the age of 16 require the written permission of a parent or guardian to participate. The Youth Program includes Little Rocks, Bantam, and Junior groups. Bantams and Juniors may be allowed to participate in adult leagues, with the league’s specific permission, but would need to register and pay fees as a student.
- Student members must be registered in full-time post-secondary education or qualify as a Youth member registered to play in one of the adult curling leagues. Proof of full-time education status is required.
- Lockers are assigned on a first come first served basis if there are lockers available. Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to check for availability if you do not already have a locker.
- Unless indicated otherwise, you agree to allow the club to publish your name, address, phone number and e-mail information in the club directory.
- By providing your e-mail ID to the club, you give the club permission to use it to communicate with you regarding your membership status and other club information and queries.
- By submitting this application, you consent to the GCC video-recording on- ice activities that may include your image; recording is for teaching and coaching purposes. Recordings can only be viewed on the monitors at the club and are kept for no longer than ten days from recording.
- Submission of this registration form signifies your permission for the club to record your image and voice in photographic and video recordings (other than by means of the video recording of on ice activities using permanently mounted cameras described above) for teaching, coaching, and promotional purposes, for example, posting photographs on the club website.
- Club members will be issued parking stickers. Parking stickers and passes must be clearly displayed on the windshield or dashboard whenever the vehicle is on club property. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being ticketed or towed.
