Practice and Make-Up Game Ice Booking Policy
Make-Up Games

To schedule a make-up game, please book two consecutive available time slots (shown in green).

Bookings must not cross a standard ice maintenance period (for example, do not book both the 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. slots on a weekday).

On Sunday mornings, there is no ice maintenance, so any two consecutive slots may be booked.
Practice Ice

Practice ice should be limited to one hour per booking. This ensures that more members have the opportunity to access available practice ice.
Additional Notes

When booking ice for a make-up game, an accompanying “Release Game Ice” request must be submitted. If this release cannot be verified, one of your booked slots may be cancelled.

If you book back-to-back practice slots, one of the bookings may also be cancelled to accommodate other members.
